Myth Makers - Michael Craze (Ben - Doctor Who) Trailer
They were very unfair to Jackie Lane. She could at least have appeared onscreen and told the Doctor she was staying there. It made me wonder if she left on bad terms - but apparently not, they were just being dicks!
WOW, the hostility! The more I hear about the BBC the worse it sounds.I think this is the first interview footage I have ever seen of her. I gather she has lived abroad for many years now.
I heard but never saw that she gave some kind of "Happy 50th Anniversary" message on a screen for the (New-Who-Focused) Afterparty for "THE DAY OF THE DOCTOR", but the BBC edited her out of it when it was a special feature on the dvd/bluray apparently.
Still mistreating her after all these years.
Am glad she doesn't sound bitter, but it's miraculous that she isn't. She seems such a lovely lady too.
