For some unfathomable reason the artist in question has been very slow in doing a follow up series along the lines you mentioned, Seeker.

If the companions were actually dressed like that and acted like that in those early episodes, none of them would've ever been wiped...

They'd have all ended up in the private collections of various BBC executives.
