Your thoughts on this story....

Under a lake a gleaming black spaceship is recovered but there is nothing inside. When the base crew start dying, they discover that ghosts are real. The Doctor and Clara arrive to find the base under siege and the Doctor discovers that this is more than a ghost story.

In a town that never was, the Doctor and his friends are being stalked by a mysterious figure. With the past and future in the balance, can the Doctor stop the evil Fisher King? And more importantly, who composed Beethoven's 5th.

Again, all I can remember of this one is the usual yawnworthy base full of poor actors under seige and the cliffhanger of a dead Capaldi making like he was a Fish Person in the UNDERWATER MENACE.

Somebody should have said "YOU'RE NOT TURNING ME INTO A FISH!" then at least that way it could have paid homage to a superior story.

I didn’t like the episode or the Bootstrap Paradox. And that’s the reason I didn’t like “Listen” either. The Doctor makes that fantastic speech about fear, then Clara repeats it to his young self (and they had NO reason to cross his timeline) and that means he didn’t think it up himself. It really doesn’t make much sense to me.
