An unusual episode where the "fourth wall" is broken.
A grand piano is being stored at Motley, coming with it is the ghost of its owner Ludwig Stumpf. The ghosts want a sing song evening, a concert, Stumpf agrees so long as he can take part. A funny ending, and a surprise rendition of the series theme tune with lyrics sung by the ghosts to the camera.

As I said, the fourth wall is breached here in this light hearted musical episode.
Ludwig Stumpf the owner of the grand piano, a ghost who has arrived at Motley following his grand pianoforte is insistent on showing his talent for playing to the ghosts.
They agree on condition that they all perform a little party piece first.
So we have the whole episode virtually, the ghosts telling jokes, singing, reading poetry.
The white Lady sings and dances around Motley, Fanny sings an old song from his era, Sir George recites a poem about the Charge of The Light Brigade, and finally all of them sing together the theme of the show, with added words, direct to camera. The final joke is revealed when Stumpf starts playing at the end, an ending I won't reveal.
