Hardcore Henry: Russia, 2015,

One of the most unique films ever made, completely in first-person, shoot-outs, parkour, car chases, person to person fighting, you name it. Although its great in terms of technical style, action and pure fun the storyline isnt so great. Nonetheless its a great film, I do recomend.

A lot of people made reference to the first-person action scenes of Hardcore Henry when reviewing the recent Korean film The Villainess, which isn't entirely in first-person but employs the technique liberally without using it as a gimmick. If you haven't seen it, I would recommend it - I think you'll love it.
