Remember those early days of SKY TV ? Tacky and full of bad shows with a zero or close to zero rating. Vastly better now, particularly in the sports section, but the tackiness is still around.
Geoffrey Perkins (genius tv and radio producer -incl. Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy -) and Angus Deayton mercilessly took the piss in this 90's show. Worth a watch.
