A strange gem.
I remember finding this very creepy in my younger days, much the same as SCREAM AND SCREAM AGAIN and BLOOD ON SATAN'S CLAW. I often found that these more independent films seemed to get much more under the skin than Hammer's more factory production line offerings tended to.
