Review Farrah Fawcett

High Plains Drifter

This blonde bombshell with those big blue eyes, proved she was more than a smiling pinup in a red bathing suit. She went from doing Charlie's bidding to taking no crap and kicking a** in a few movies. After seeing her in The Exterminates, I had so much respect for her. She sold how good she was as an actress, and that she could really act.

Talk about Farrah Fawcett tv and movie roles.

Not only was she excellent in The Extremities, she was reviting in The Burning Bed, the true story of female domestic violence. She gave an award-winning performance about an issue that was at the time, not considered a crime. A wife was property to due with as a husband saw fit.

This from DAILY KOS:
On the evening of October 8, 1984, over one-third of all American television sets were turned to NBC for the premiere of The Burning Bed, starring Farrah Fawcett and Paul LeMat. Based on the true story of Francine Hughes, it brought the brutal reality of domestic violence out of the shadows and into our living rooms.
