Looks like another Doctor Who spin-off! This one features Rose Tyler, everybody’s favorite lovestruck companion (or not), with her mother, father, and a couple of new characters. No mention of her “husband” Doctor #2.

Ah, it seems they have craftily got around that by setting it before he was "born".......

Explaining the development of the series, producer David Richardson said: “I approached Russell T Davies with the idea of Big Finish making a Rose Tyler spin-off. He was very enthusiastic – as always – and suggested we followed Rose’s journey that ultimately leads to her finding the Doctor in The Stolen Earth.”

AH I see. OK. If anyone wants to see that, they can go to it.

Well maybe it will be interesting if Rose does something besides moon over the Doctor for four episodes. It won’t be available here though - not that I would buy it, I wouldn’t mind seeing it but don’t want to shell out $$$ for it.

I do wonder if Billy Piper will ever stop returning as Rose in some shape or form.

No doubt Big Finish will get around to the ROSE & THE META-CRISIS DOCTOR LOVE CHRONICLES at some point.
