    Review The Incredible Hulk (1978)

I loved The Hulk as a kid and to this day have never seen the first TV Movie and yes, I've owned it for donkey's years! Sadly I gave up with the show after the two parter in which The Hulk gets trapped between Banner and another more human form. (Prometheus) But I have seen the three final...

    Review Timeslip (1970)

I recently watched the Carlton DVD set (Last year after having it on the shelf for over ten years but I do remember being an avid fan back in the early seventies and also having watched the videos in the nineties) and wondered if I should have just bought the Network set! But then I found out...

Review Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) (1969)

26 episodes of pure joy! It's one show that my wife and I enjoy together! JB

    Review Diamonds Are Forever (1971)

After Moonraker I've always found the series a bit of a chore too! I can't say any of the subsequent movies have really been that enjoyable but I keep on with them like it's a tradition to be honest and no Bond in my opinion can beat Sean Connery! JB

    Spoilers The Walking Dead (2010)

George Romero originally envisaged a world where the zombie virus dies out and people stop returning to life after they die! That was his Day of The Dead ending but instead he left that bit out! Would be great to see that be adapted to the world of Rick Grimes when the show eventually winds down...

    Review Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)

When you mess about with time you create many, many parallel realities apparently! Good to see though that it will be a direct sequel to the first two and best films in the franchise! JB

    Review Survivors (1975)

It was a great series but sadly the characters seemed to vanish every year! First Abby Grant (whom the producer sacked because he didn't like the actress) then the guy in the wheelchair who started out as Terry Scully before regenerating into Hugh Walters and dying in the fire at the beginning...

    Spoilers Game of Thrones (2011)

Blimey it's ending? As someone who has only seen the first series of ten episodes (but will see two and three at least) I had thoughts that this show would go on forever! The Walking Dead has reached series eight and there is no end in sight... JB

    Review The Tom Baker Doctor

Tom Baker the definitive Doctor! The most alien and the one that exuded such confidence in the face of his enemies! His first three series under Hinchcliffe were fantastic especially The Deadly Assassin, Genesis of The Daleks, Pyramids of Mars,Talons of Weng-Chiang, Seeds of Doom, Ark in Space...

    Review The Hartnell Doctor

William Hartnell was just a little before my time as a child but the stories I've seen of his I've liked! His absolute perfection for programming The TARDIS on it's flights wouldn't have done his successors or the show any harm either! JB

    Review The Troughton Doctor

Patrick Troughton was Doctor Who when I was a kid and I've always had a soft spot for his interpretation and adventures! I'm still not sure whether it was Evil of The Daleks or The Macra Terror that are my earliest memories of the show but the moments in The Cyber-Control of Tomb with The...

    Review The Pertwee Doctor

Jon Pertwee one of the four best Doctors and it's his Dalek stories that I think are fantastic especially Day of even if the world of the future was run by three Daleks! JB

    Review Diamonds Are Forever (1971)

My Father had the complete set but after sampling one or two like Casino Royale and Live and Let Die back in the seventies I found that I preferred the films! JB

    Review Orbit: Episode 50

Well yes, the bit on the shuttle was good and Avon telling Vila he needed his help (genuine near the end) was chilling but the Egrorian and Pinder stuff on Malodar wasn't good and I remember people talking about it on the Tuesday morning at work back in Dec 1981! JB

    Review Warlord: Episode 51

I really wish Network would release Tropic from 1979 just so we could get to see more of actress Bobbie Brown whom I thought was an absolute beauty! JB

Review Dawn of the Gods: Episode 30

I'm sure this episode was filmed after Children of Auron because they mention Auron still being the reference point and yet when had The Liberator ever been to Auron at this point in the series? And then three shows later they arrive to help out on Auron! JB

Review Rumours of Death: Episode 34

The best episode of series three I'm sure and an absolute cracker of a story by Chris Boucher! John Bryans returns to the show this time as torturer Shrinker instead of Servalan's senator Bercol! The secret that Anna Grant was still alive and had betrayed Avon was a big shock as her brother Del...

    Review Assassin: Episode 46

I remember thinking that Richard Hurndall would be great for the role of The First Doctor if they ever did another get-together of Doctors again back in 81 and so did JNT it appeared! He wasn't as good as we had hoped but he was okay unlike the girl, Piri, who turned out to be the real Cancer in...

    Review Orbit: Episode 50

A very bad episode written by the great Robert Holmes who had created many classics for Doctor Who in the seventies! JB
