    Review The Whittaker Doctor

I agree totally! Even if her shows flop, the BBC will never admit to it, but what they will do is rest the show and plan to kill her off and get a male actor back in the role! I mean they got rid of Colin as soon as they could in 86! What a shame for them that Tom Baker is too old now! JB

    Review The Whittaker Doctor

Moffat took a leaf out of Frontier in Space part six and used the scorched earth policy dialogue but for real! 'If I leave Doctor Who for good then no one will ever want to watch it again, ever!' He's certainly left his mark on the series by splitting fandom with this gender swapping rubbish and...

    Review The Tom Baker Doctor

They seemed to hit it off on the show alright but is that because Tom was such a good actor? I've heard that story years ago and could imagine Tom in his drunken stupor having this irritating boy following him around and getting tired of it! It wasn't nice of him to do that to Waterhouse I agree...

Yes, it does look like Mentalis to me next to Tom and Mary doesn't it! JB

Review The Scales of Justice (1962)

Well according to the IMDB he has a credit only which means that he didn't appear in the episode but was credited for it! The character he was to have played was called Dixon and that definitely wasn't the actor who played Dixon in the show! JB

Typical of old Tom! Is that an extra on any of the old DVDs, Doc? JB

Review The Scales of Justice (1962)

I've been watching a few of the old Scales of Justice films on Talking Pictures TV the other night and felt that I had to comment upon a glaring mistake I found in the credits! The film in particular was Infamous Conduct (1966) and starred Dermot Walsh as a doctor disbarred from practising...

    Review The Tom Baker Doctor

Good old Tom! The man who really lived the role! JB

    Review The Colin Baker Doctor

Well Moffat must have been listening to this interview because he got to create The Mistress from the character of The Master and then he made it even worse by calling her Missy! JB

    Review The Colin Baker Doctor

Colin was very smug with this American guy wasn't he! And it was a very strange BBC that allowed it to lapse from 1990-2005 and then let it come back in a more jokey form with better effects! Shame that he got a bit nasty with the fans over this Whittaker nonsense as they had come to love him as...

Review Twice Upon a Time (2017)

I still cannot accept that this man is a writer of quality television! The levels of entrance must have gone down since the nineties I'm sure! JB

    Review The Whittaker Doctor

Capaldi's reign has been a disaster! I sat and watched it each and every week just for the fact I'm a fan and I felt cheated at the end of every episode! Not sure if Capaldi would have been better to have come after Tennant like Moffat originally wanted but his playing guitar in medieval times...

    Review The Whittaker Doctor

Nice woman I'll admit but it still won't sway me! And there are no rules in Doctor Who's universe? Since when? And what about the rules IMPOSED upon the show by Moffat? The audience's reaction has been so very positive? Another since when? All the production team need to do is look at various...

    Review Arena

It was in the second of James Blish's adaptations, although he started the story with Kirk facing The Gorn and left out most of the attack upon Cestus Three and the pursuit of the alien maurader! JB

    Fun Missing Television

Can't say I know of this show! I remember poor old Pete Postlethwate having cancer of the privates back in the nineties and surviving the blasted thing but it got him in the end sadly enough! JB
