    Review Bouquet Of Barbed Wire

I bought the complete set for my Mother a few months back and we loved it! It really is a show that can still entertain! Although we didn't really like the remake with Trevor Eve which I got for her afterwards! JB

    Review Adam Adamant Lives! (1966)

Adam Adamant Lives? Has anyone got anything to say about this cracker of a series? I enjoyed seeing the first two episodes on VHS years back and before that on a special old TV night! But I foolishly bought a set of very unclear episodes on DVD off the net years back before the remastered set...

    Review BLAKE'S 7: "WEAPON" - Episode 16

I used to tape the soundtracks of the Blakes 7 episodes and I still remember being very disappointed that series two was not as much fun as series one at this point! I think Horizon and Pressure Point lifted my spirits a bit and Killer and Countdown too but the next three were real bad until we...

    Review BLAKE'S 7: "HORIZON" - Episode 17

William Squire was married to Adam Adamant's Georgina Jones actress Juliet Harmer for a while! Now how do you figure that? JB

    Review BLAKE'S 7: "HORIZON" - Episode 17

I liked the talk of Monopasium 239! The ore being dug from the mines which will power the new Federation ships being designed to send men into new galaxies! The tyranny of earth continues! JB

    Review The "Alien" Franchise

Why not let it sleep for a while? If it's failing at the box office why think it's going to be any better on television? If it is cancelled on there they'll blame everyone they can rather than themselves! JB

Review Dawn of the Gods: Episode 30

I was convinced at the time that the Thaarn was going to be a recurring villain in the show due to the amount of photos of him with Cally which never occurred in the actual episode but alas not! We had to keep Servalan as the main villain and guess when she was going to appear even when the crew...

    Review Assassin: Episode 46

She was absolutely dire in Blakes 7 and her performance makes it the worst episode of the lot! JB

    Review Hostage: Episode 21

THE WORD! THE WORD! THE WORD! THE WORD! THE WORD! TELEPORT..I said teleport has to be the funniest lines as written for Croucher and Vila in the entire series! With Vila telling Travis he's not going to tell them despite Travis aiming his laseron blaster at the thief's head! JB

    Review Volcano: Episode 29

What was the point of Servalan's shark-headed spacecraft anyway? JB

    Review Star One: Episode 26

A great episode considering the last three were stinkers! Shame we lose Blake, Jenna and even poor old Travis! The aliens should have appeared a few times in the third series but we only hear of them and never see them again sadly apart from their oddly matched ships firing on the Federation...

    Review The Keeper: Episode 25

Bad, bad episode but who wouldn't want to pair bond with Sally Knyvette? JB

Review Voice From the Past: Episode 23

What was the fascination with writers of this series with the name Del? First we get Del Grant and later Del Tarrant but here we get an asteroid called Del 10 for crying out loud! JB

    Review Gambit: Episode 24

Scotsman? He was Irish!! Hahahaha I wasn't keen on this one even if it was a Robert Holmes story sadly! It just seemed to be wrong somehow! Blake and Travis together even for a few moments just wasn't believable, even if Servalan had deceived them both in her plans to locate Star One and don't...

    Review KILLER: Episode 20

A great second series episode! One of the few as I felt the second batch of episodes to be not as good as the first! JB

Review The Children of Auron: Episode 33

But were they killed by IMIPAK is what I want to know? And the helmets of the security guards look much tougher during the third series! They seem to have an added chin part to the headgear! JB

Review City at the Edge of the World: Episode 32

Maybe the voice on the pre-recorded system was an ancestor of the character that Valentine Dyall played? JB

Review The Harvest of Kairos: Episode 31

Wasn't this episode filmed out of the transmitted order? Not sure but if it was that might explain some of the idiosyncrasies of the episode! JB

    Review BLAKE'S 7: "HORIZON" - Episode 17

Darien Angadi who played Ro sadly committed suicide in 1981! JB

    Review BLAKE'S 7: "WEAPON" - Episode 16

I've always wondered if the death that IMIPAK offers here could be the same one as seen in the third series offering Children of Auron? I mean Servalan even name checks the Clone Masters and their demise in that episode as well as kills two of her subordinates with it later on! JB
