Ah, that's model work from a late 1960's DOCTOR WHO serial called THE MOONBASE - the second story to feature the Cybermen.

It's actually an exterior shot of the Weather Control Station on Lunar.

Somehow I knew it was connected to DW but, is it model work that you did, or was it a prop used in the program?
