I was online last night and there was a idiot that used a car to plow into a bunch of people leaving a mosque. Now, there's another one popping up in my feed about a car ramming a police van and explodes.

Are these terrorist attacks or just idiots using their vehicles as weapons?

It sounds to me like they should all be considered the same.

The same type of action means the same type of crime - regardless of who the victims are.
