Fun What If We All Watched a Online Movie Together?

Have you ever watched a live stream on YT movie, shows, or games? What if we could all agree on a movie on Dailymotion, Shout Factory, or Youtube? All start watching it at the same time and chat while we are watching it. In a sense it would be like a group of friends hanging out at the movies eating popcorn, candy, and chilling at the same time. I know this is a long shot, I found a few classic movies on Dailymotion, Shout Factory, and Youtube and just had a brainfart is all.

Everyone would join in all different time zones, come up with a time, and chat away. I have never seen anyone ever try this on any forums or suggest it.

Hmm, there could be a reason for that.

Maybe start with a TV show episode or YouTube clip that's 30 minutes or less.

Preferably something really bad so there's plenty to comment on.

In the good old days of the Being Human boards (lovely bunch of maniacs, proud to be one of them) we had synchronised rewatches of episodes on DVD - worked up fine heads of lunacy by doing so. I don't have any of those streaming channels and I bet non Brits find it hard to access out catch-up options (err, legally that is).
Hux has a good point - for a total meltdown I'd be prepared to dig out my Doctor Whos - we'll have holy war before agreeing on a Doctor, let alone an episode...

I shall cheerfully watch this space for developments

Carol, If you click any of those links. Can you watch any of the movies on those links is what I'm mainly asking. Like if you go to Dailymotion, type Casablanca. Can you watch the movie where your at. I know on Youtube some features are only aloud to work where your at. What they means if a movie is in the usa it might not be viewed in canada. That's all I'm asking if everyone can see watch the same thing is all.
