Hi Batman - that's impressively elliptical for an opening post - who's the "you" here?
Apologies if I'm missing something obvious!

24: Legacy is an American television series created by Manny Coto and Evan Katz for the Fox network.

The series is a spin-off of 24 which was created by Joel Surnow and Robert Cochran.

It premiered on February 5, 2017, serving as the lead-out program for Super Bowl LI before moving to its regular time slot of Monday at 8:00 p.m.

The series' premiere was watched by 17.6 million people, the lowest post-Super Bowl program viewership since 2003's Alias but the most viewed episode in the franchise's history.

Consisting of 12 episodes, the show follows the life of war hero Eric Carter (Corey Hawkins) using real time method of narration.

Miranda Otto plays Rebecca Ingram, the former head of the now revived Counter Terrorist Unit in Washington, D.C.

Set three years after the events of 24: Live Another Day, it adheres to the real time concept of covering the events of a 24-hour period and begins and ends at 12:00 p.m.

However, like Live Another Day, there is a 12-hour time jump within the final episode.

In May 2017, Fox announced the series would go on a hiatus.

Fox Cancels “24: Legacy,” Franchise May Live

FOX has officially cancelled “24: Legacy,” the spinoff series to the long-running espionage-action drama “24” which aired a twelve-episode run earlier this year following the Superbowl.

20th Century Fox Television is said to be exploring future iterations of the franchise with a potential anthology series built around the real-time storytelling format or the original. The network is already said to be exploring that potential model.

Corey Hawkins, Miranda Otto and Jimmy Smits-led the series which, like the recent “Prison Break” revival, never caught on with fans or critics.

FOX Rebooting “24” As A Female-Led Legal Thriller

FOX is reportedly developing a new incarnation of its Emmy-winning drama series “24” which will retain the real-time format of the terrorism-themed original, but swap it out for a story within the criminal justice system that puts the focus on a female lawyer.

The new season will center on a female prosecutor who uncovers a legal conspiracy and has to work against the clock to save a death row inmate facing imminent execution whom she had helped prosecute but may be innocent.

The project has reportedly received a script commitment and comes from franchise executive producers Howard Gordon and Brian Grazer along with former “The Killing” writer-producer Jeremy Doner who will write the script with Gordon.

The plan is for this to be the first in an anthological take on “24,” one that will tackle a new scenario with new characters each season. 20th Century Fox TV and Imagine TV will produce the property.
