Review Procedural question about the pilot

Hmm interesting this raises a question for me, my pilot is about an hour and a half. It appears there are 2 pilots. A broadcast version (94 min) and an International version (116 min). Now looking on wikipedia it seems the longer version is only different in the last few scenes and the killer...

Hey, I saw you posts on the 70's forum and your name seems really familiar but I can't quite place from where. The only places I can come up with are: iMDB boards, Were you ever part of the Sages of the Single Season group? They were going on the boards over there for ages. Doctor Who...

    Review Doomwatch

I cannot recommend Doomwatch highly enough. The first episode available "Plastic Eaters" is a great introduction to what the team would deal with. The plane ride with everything turning into this horrible goop is terrifying. There are a few really stand out episodes such as "Invasion" where 2...

    Fun Moonbase 3

Yes what a series. The first episode really resonated with me. The scene where Caulder just dissects their obfuscation of blame. They all had concerns but they kept quiet each expecting the next to act. I'd never heard the term "Not my pigeon" before but it fits for how some things go wrong...

    Review The Omega Factor

I love the Omega Factor. The first episode is brilliant, creepy and suspenseful. Edward Drexel was awesome as a villain, with creepy (but still also pretty) Morgan. The first series of the Big Finish revival was ok, it had some nice moments but the second series was awesome. One of the best...

    Fun The BOND Books!

I had to look up which books were his, I'm terrible for remembering writers especially in a continuing series. I thought his Agents of Chaos books were ok. There were some elements I really liked, such as the assassin priestess.

    Fun The BOND Books!

Just wanted to check, when you say you are looking forward to reading Horowitz's novel do you mean Trigger Mortis or the next Bond novel he is writing now? If you've read Mortis, i'd be interested to know what you thought. It seems to have gone down well but I didn't really enjoy it. I might...

    Review Doctor Who Monsters

I love the cybermen. They are my favourite monster. As for design I tend to prefer the Revenge cybermen with their integrated weapons, plus I love Revenge. I prefer the Moonbase voices (when the aren't saying things like "Stupid Earth brains") I liked the voices they used in Sword of Orion and...

    Review Classic Who Companions!

She was ok, I would say I hated or loved her. Like Colin Baker she is pretty good in some of the Big Finish stuff like Catch 1782. On screen, I have a weakness for Terror of the Vervoids so Mel will always be ok by me.

    Fun The BOND Books!

I must admit I haven't read any of the Flemming novels. I do own a few but haven't got round to them. I'm a big fan of Jeffery Deaver, mainly for his Lincoln Rhyme series so I gave Carte Blanche a go and really enjoyed it. Yeah the modern Bond is a bit of a pretentious dick, (Bond didnt like...

    Review Twin Peaks (1990)

I did post on TMDB on my thread on the Kolchak forum, though I did get it a bit wrong. I said IMDB forums com (was a bit worried a direct link might get my account banned, thus wiping out the message. I would have replied back if you hadn't been able to find us. Leave no sage behind :)

    Review Twin Peaks (1990)

Hello, cool we've found another place. Shame about tmdb. Sounds like the guy who runs the place is away at the moment from looking on some forums. Nice to ditch the markup language
