I think this is a down - under critter, but I don't know what it is. Any ideas? He's kinda cute !

That looks like a wombat.

Very cute and very tough little... fellows.

They can be domesticated up to a certain point, but you'd be unwise to forget that they are basically wild animals.

So does Fred the Pomeranian
So did my cat that I just lost, he would come to me and I would have to hold him. What always amazed me was that he had his front claws, thankfully was never declawed (he was a rescue) and never did I feel any claws digging into me while I held him. He seemed to know he was in my arms for protection. Imagine how the thunder frightens them, hell it frightens me & I know what it is...

My late Aunt Trudy had a Silky Terrier that was absolutely terrified of thunder.

When we first came to stay with her when I was 12, mum woke up one night during a thunderstorm, to find Boobie wrapped around her head, shaking.

Although, if you ever need someone punished, I'm your man, ah make that woman...he,he!
